NACOSA is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Netsuite Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible managing and maintaining the NetSuite system within an organization and to ensure transactions and data adhere to donor, statutory, company finance policy rules and regulations.

The duties and responsibilities of the Netsuite Administrator will include, but not limited to:

  • Creating and modifying custom user roles to control access to information in the software.
  • Configuring user roles, permissions, and workflows within NetSuite to optimize functionality according to business needs.
  • Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption.
  • Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support.
  • Developing, documenting, and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards.
Job Requirements

Required qualifications, skills, and experience.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Information Systems (Preferred)
  • A NetSuite qualification/certification will be advantageous
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an entry level accounting position.
  • Experience working on accounting / enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience working in finance, within a non-profit organisation would be advantageous
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Mathematical Proficiency
  • Good Computer Skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Driver's License (Code B) with no endorsements

Remuneration will be competitive, based on skills and experience.
